The program focuses on deploying advanced lighting design and controls into tenant spaces within multi-tenant commercial office buildings. Driving program deployment, Waypoint developed a full suite of marketing materials and led direct outreach to customers, using a right-timed deployment technique sensitive to the leasing timeline. Waypoint also guided the design of energy-aligned leasing guidelines and a custom incentive for customer tenant spaces.

The program overcomes the owner/tenant split incentive barrier that pervades the office sector. By working with owners and tenants together, Waypoint has enabled the deployment of more efficient technology solutions within office tenant spaces across the country.
