Waypoint leads implementation and management of ENERGY STAR benchmarking on the EPA Portfolio Manager software platform for Colliers International portfolio of office and industrial properties over 50,000 square feet in size. This includes tracking, outreach, support, and coordination with all applicable properties and management stakeholders. We collect building information, energy and water consumption data, and other details from property managers to create new building profiles, update existing profiles, and aggregate all Colliers properties into a master account for high-level analysis and management. We also facilitate obtaining ENERGY STAR Certification for interested and eligible properties.

 

Waypoint presented with Colliers at the 2017 BOMA National Conference on “Benchmarking and Beyond” to discuss this effort and how to encourage commercial real estate stakeholders to take action after benchmarking energy usage.
